Golden Desk helps you find nearby places to work, check today’s closing time, and build a schedule around the time you have left.

Quick troubleshooting

• Nearby places look wrong: In Settings, open Privacy & Security → Location Services, select Golden Desk, and allow location access with Precise Location enabled. Then reopen Discover and search again.
• Hours are missing or look outdated: Open the place in Apple Maps, confirm today’s hours, and use Golden Desk’s refresh-hours action. Apple Maps business hours can change and are not guaranteed to be available for every place.
• Notifications are not appearing: In Settings, open Notifications → Golden Desk and allow notifications. Then check the app’s notification settings and confirm the stop still has a closing time and reminder enabled.
• A widget or Live Activity is stale: Open Golden Desk once, then remove and add the widget again. iOS controls refresh timing, so updates may not be immediate.
• The app is behaving unexpectedly: Quit and reopen Golden Desk. If the issue continues, restart the device and check for an updated version.
