Privacy Policy
Golden Desk is designed to help you plan work stops while keeping your personal planning data on your device.
Data collection
Golden Desk does not collect, sell, or share personal information with the developer. No account is required, and the app does not include advertising, analytics, telemetry, or third-party tracking services.
Location and Apple Maps
Golden Desk requests location access to search for nearby places and estimate travel time. Favorites, schedules, and reminder settings are stored locally on your device. Golden Desk uses Apple Maps and MapKit to search for places, display map results, retrieve directions, and check publicly available business-hour information. Apple may process location and search requests through its services under Apple’s terms and privacy policy.
Favorites, schedules, widgets, and reminders
Your saved places, today’s schedule, palettes, widget data, Live Activity state, and reminder choices are stored locally on your device. A private Apple App Group shares relevant schedule data between Golden Desk and its widgets. Notifications and calendar events are created on your device when you choose those features; they are not sent to the developer.
Calendar
If you enable calendar events, Golden Desk uses Apple’s EventKit framework to create or update the work-stop events you request. Calendar data remains in Apple’s Calendar system and is not sent to the developer.
