Support
Time Progress visualizes how far you are through the day, week, month, and year using your device’s system date and time.
Quick troubleshooting
- Progress looks incorrect: Confirm that Date & Time, time zone, and calendar settings are correct in the Settings app, then reopen Time Progress.
- A widget is not updating: Open Time Progress once, then remove and add the widget again. iOS controls widget refresh timing, so updates may not be immediate.
- Reminders are not appearing: In Settings, open Notifications, select Time Progress, and confirm notifications are allowed. Then verify the desired milestone is enabled in the app.
- A Focus / Break Live Activity stopped changing phases: Confirm the phone has an internet connection and Live Activities are allowed for Time Progress. Reopen the app; if needed, reset and start the timer to create a fresh activity.
- Custom rings are missing on another device: Use the same Apple Account on both devices, allow Time Progress to use iCloud, and open the app on each device. Changes sync when iCloud and a network connection are available.
- The app is behaving unexpectedly: Quit and reopen the app. If the issue continues, restart the device and check for an updated version.
